Janice Berico

Janice is a Client Support Assistant at Logic Lounge Psychology, who started with us in May 2024. Being a flexible person, Janice handles a variety of tasks for us, including answering calls and emails from our clients and other organisations, scheduling and managing appointments with our practitioners, as well as processing session payments and billing.

When asked about what fulfills her about her job, Janice says that part of her job is being able to assist and help clients get the help they need. As a determined individual, she is motivated by the challenge of taking on new responsibilities, learning new things and utilising her experience to make significant impact on the company’s goals and objective.

Outside of her work, Janice enjoys spending time with her son and her husband, eating out with friends, cooking and watching and listening to music.
