Individual Therapy

Cognitive Assessment and Support

Family Counselling & Support

We recognise the importance of family dynamics in the well-being of older adults. Our psychologists offer family counselling sessions to facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships within the family system. We provide support and guidance to families as they navigate the complexities of caregiving and aging.

Aged Care Psychology Support Lead

Marya Setrak | Psychologist

Marya enjoys working with a diverse range of individual cases, encompassing Mood Disorders (such as Depression), Anxiety-related conditions (including PTSD), and personality disorders. Employing an array of therapeutic interventions—ranging from motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioural therapy to acceptance and commitment therapy and dialectical behaviour therapy—she effectively addresses an extensive array of psychological concerns.
