Takirah Cummins

Takirah is our Operations Manager here at Logic Lounge and has been with us since November 2020. Having completed her Certificate III in Business from ARC Training as a trainee, she is now undertaking a Diploma in Human Resources through the Australian Institute of Management, and a Diploma in Leadership and Management through ARC Training. Being a confident and solution-focused individual, Takirah manages our Support Team Members, ensuring that all client queries are handled efficiently and correctly. She also handles much of the company’s Human Resources-related enquiries and is very involved in the development of new programs within the organisation.

Being an empathetic person, the most rewarding part of Takirah’s role is being a part of a team that helps individuals improve their well-being, and witnessing the transformation that many clients go through. Takirah also enjoys being able to learn and grow her understanding of psychology.

Outside of work, Takirah finds joy in coaching and playing with her AFL team and treasures moments spent with friends. She also finds fulfilment from engaging in hands-on work with cars.
