Persis is a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Psychology (Forensic) obtained at the University of New South Wales.
Persis is a warm, empathic Clinician with over 15 years of experience assisting individuals with various clinical and psychosocial difficulties, to improve their lifestyle, relationships and well-being. Persis utilises person-centred, strengths-based approaches in her clinical assessments, intervention planning, and therapy. She is passionate about delivering trauma-focused interventions that help adults build more purposeful and fulfilling lives, by enhancing their emotional regulation skills, problem-solving abilities and addressing any interfering behaviours, utilising Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy- and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-based approaches.
Persis has a strong interest in forensic assessments and related behavioural interventions/management. She is a Medicare provider and a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc.
