Anda is a provisional psychologist passionate about working with children. With experience as an Ethics teacher and Neuro-Linguistic Programming therapist, Anda is dedicated to nurturing personal development and wellbeing. Her interest lies in assisting children and teenagers with stress management, anxiety, and depression, offering a comprehensive approach to assessment and treatment. Anda aims to empower and motivate her clients by helping them understand their challenges and facilitating positive life changes.
Drawing from her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a diverse background in Engineering and Performance Coaching, Anda applies a combination of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, to address issues such as anxiety, depression, parenting, and more.
Outside of her professional role, Anda enjoys adventurous outings with her family and their furry companion, as well as exploring artistic endeavours like painting and interior design. Anda looks forward to working together to unlock your inherent strengths and support your personal growth journey.
