Clinical supervision is a continuous relationship whereby a practitioner regularly engages in a structured meeting for the purpose of enhancing and developing your clinical skills. The purpose of supervision is to assist the practitioner to learn from his or her experience and progress in expertise, as well as to ensure excellent service to the client.
The quality clinical supervision provided at Drummoyne Counselling challenges the practitioner to examine their professional decisions and explore issues in a structured way. Supervision enables the practitioner to work through individual counter-transferences in session.

Nese Sozen is an APS approved supervisor and also has a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Supervision (GDCS) and she offers individual, couple, and family therapy supervision. Nese has up to 25 years’ experience in supervising other professionals.
